"Every river has a name, these names disappear when they are in the great ocean currents.

Aikido has many styles and many names, but Aikido is Aikido.

It is my vision and hope that, like the rivers flow together and unite as a river. "

"Koretoshi Maruyama Sensei '
(Founder and Yuishinkai Aikido student of O'Sensei Morihei Ueshiba and Koichi Tohei Sensei)

Motto Aikido Yuishinkai

According to Maruyama Sensei words have their own power. The power of the spoken word in ancient Japan already been recognized and named as "kotodama ', or word spirit. The pronunciation of a word equals the desire to stand out. Your life energy responds to sounds and thoughts as expressed in the spoken word. If your daily life enriched with positive words and thoughts will your days be filled with the power of Ki. This way you keep your mental and physical health and you also have a positive impact on others. Words have real power and can lead to practical results in everyday life.

The following motto is written by Maruyama Sensei and he encourages everyone to do this every morning and evening (on) to read your subconscious in a positive condition.

I am a spirit.

If I think positively, good things happen.

Holding on to negative thoughts working against my interests.

Therefore, my optimistic spirit, even if my body suffers somewhere.

Even if something is against me, my mind is never struck.

I fill my heart every day with thoughts of joy, gratitude and hope.

Every day I meet with a bright and optimistic spirit that I express in words and deeds.

I believe in life and that therefore respond similarly.
