Introductions
In 1995 I saw a small article in the local newspaper are the lessons that Will gave Stoelman in Ki-Aikido. Same as I felt that this combination of physical and mental effort and development was that I wanted. Since then I have learned a lot on and off the mat. Aikido to me is really a lifestyle. Will I have learned a lot. Besides the Aikido techniques also the true essence of Aikido and awareness. Since 2007 I go every year to Japan by Maruyama Sensei and his successor Okajima Sensei to train, and this has both a warm and close relationship with them further deepening into my Aikido. It is very fine in class with each busy with our personal development and we do this in an easy, accessible and light-hearted way.
My mission is "Working in collaboration, by living from the source." I think it's important that people get acquainted with Ki and Aikido principles. This is really enriches the daily lives, as a result include relaxation, relieve stress, improve cooperation, healthier relationships and personal development and growth. Therefore, I also regularly Ki and Aikido training for various groups and businesses. I do this from my own company Centre for Health. Recently, I also training and workshops in Sotaiho Goshindo and in my other dojo, Rakushinkan .
I have been practicing Aikido since 1999. One of the wonderful aspects of Aikido is that you're never done learning. You keep to yourself always be triggered to a higher level. It is also a very good sport for your motor, with both sides (left, right) just as hard to be developed. We also have a very fine group of people, with a great atmosphere on and off the mat there. We also visit Aikido seminars and joint training in the summer regularly on the beach.
After two children and have been moved to the end of 2004 I sought a new sport. Coincidentally there was a flyer delivered to the aikido club, which was exactly what I was looking at a new sport: from relaxation exercise, spirituality, no competition, a positive awareness and obtain a training place close to home. A nice touch was that I judogi from my youth had lying around. I soon felt at home with these people and wanted to do something for the association. That could, because by August 2005 there was a new secretary is required. I am 6 years and have been secretary in 2011 passed the baton. I practice Aikido with pleasure and in 2010 I gained 2 nd kyu Aikido Yuishinkai.
